Privacy policy

This site collects the bare minimum. Here is everything it does with your data.
This translation is provided for convenience. The French version prevails.
Who is responsible
Andy Garcia, sole trader (EI), SIREN 847 772 381. Any question: contact@andygarcia.pro
What the site does not do
No cookies, no analytics, no ads, no trackers. The site's fonts are served by the site itself. One exception: the playable demos, below.
When you visit the site
Vercel, the host, keeps technical logs (IP address, requested page, browser) to serve the site and protect it from attacks. I don't use them to track you.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a secure site.
When you order the 1 € audit
You give the address of your site and your email.
Payment goes through Stripe, which receives your email and payment details. I never see your card number.
Your site's address goes to my audit server (Hetzner, in Germany), which analyses it and keeps the screenshots of your home page for 12 months. Your email does not go there.
I use your email to get your audit to you and to reply. No newsletter, never sold. The payment record is kept for as long as my accounting obligations require.
Legal basis: performing your order.
When you write to me
Messages sent to contact@andygarcia.pro land in a Gmail (Google) inbox. I keep them while we talk, then at most 3 years after our last contact.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering you.
The playable demos
M.A.D., Nomad, Aplomb and Mimi & Mimi save your game and settings in your browser (local storage). Nothing reaches me.
These pages load their 3D engine from jsDelivr and their fonts from Google Fonts: your IP address is sent to both services when you open them.
Who else sees your data
Nobody buys it. Only the providers listed touch it: Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payment), Hetzner (audit server) and Google (email).
Vercel, Stripe and Google are US companies: transfers outside the European Union rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, object to its use or restrict it. Write to contact@andygarcia.pro: I answer within one month.
If you think I am not respecting your rights, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority: cnil.fr/fr/plaintes
